Welcome to CreaditVideo. By accessing or using the CreaditVideo application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Authorized Use Only

CreaditVideo is an internal video production and publishing management tool intended solely for authorized operators. You may only connect, access, or manage YouTube channels that you legally own or for which you have received express, documented authorization from the channel owner to operate.

2. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all video materials, metadata (including titles, descriptions, and thumbnails), and other content uploaded, scheduled, or published through CreaditVideo. You agree that any published content will comply with all applicable local and international laws, intellectual property rights, and the YouTube Community Guidelines.

3. Third-Party Services & Google Terms

CreaditVideo relies on Google and YouTube APIs to deliver publishing functionalities. By using this service to manage YouTube content, you acknowledge and agree that your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Revocation of Authorization

You retain full authority over your connected accounts and may revoke CreaditVideo's access to your Google Account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings.

5. Service Availability & Modifications

CreaditVideo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the application will operate without interruption, delays, or errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update features or workflows at any time to meet technical or operational requirements.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreaditVideo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall the developer or operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
